How do you kill the dinosaurs....? Pretty much at the beginning of the game.

You need to be more specific. If you're in the Hinterlands at Level 4-7 and trying to kill a dragon, you need to come back later.

You need to be at level 4 before the 'Global Killing Meteor Crash' ability is unlocked. Find the Sparrow Prince inside Paris Hiltons colon to unlock level 4.

If your in the Hinterlands use Ice with Spirit damage works best for me.
