I don't think they talk at that last scene- I think they just mean the last ambient conversation between you and whatever love interest you have- regarding your hand and not dying or whatever.
Not only love interest, everybody in your party talks to you as if you were to die, for me it worked. Something like "final mission then, let's go"

Oh well...maybe I didn't get this lol.
I had a few issues with crashes/issues in this DLC I never had with the original game, so that's terrible. lol. Here's hoping!

I hope they do a patch espy a big one that interfers with the story is the ruler bug. I want to see what celene and etc say
I hope to see the patch soon. There are some story-related bugs in the DLC, I'd like to finish it properly.

When you leave the Winter Palace for the last time, each companion in your party is supposed to have some lines to say goodbye. I assume it's a goodbye, since people refer to them as that. I haven't heard the dialogue myself, since I'm waiting for it to be patched.
I hear there are some really sweet and heart-breakings ones though, especially with LIs.

Oddly enough, I got them on my first playthrough of Trespasser (and they nearly made me wail like a turtle), but nothing on the second. I thought that was odd, didn't know it was a bug.
Sigh.
This thing is in an acute need of patching. The game has been nothing but a series of random and exciting (read: infuriating) crashes since the DLC released. Personally, I blame this (as well as world hunger, global warming and the existence of pugs) on the fact that the game was a cross-gen release.
I think I've missed the point, are we officially expecting a new patch, or is it just a speculation?
I sure do hope they fix those lovely new crashes on the XB1 very soon.
Finishing all of JoH with 5 minutes of gameplay per crash was not very fun at all.
