This is my personal feedback for Dragon Age Inquisition.
First of all, I hate the controls. I love Dragon Age and the first two installments were amazing and so fun! Anyone could figure out how to play it. Not this one... I bought my game brand new and it didn't even have an instruction manual in it. Had to go online for that. Nothing that worked in the first two worked for this one as far as gameplay and the overall look of Inquisition doesn't even compare to the first two. It looks more like a knock-off of some other game I don't even want to play. Can't turn the character during creation just to see if she has long hair or not (I prefer my female mage to have enough hair to at least appear feminine). I don't want to jump or bother with multiplayer if it means these complex keybindings are all I have to work with. I practically live in the keybindings screen from the options menu. Worst of all, the help tips interfere with combat and get in the way... I'm one of those gamer chicks who cuss at the screen during a difficult fight scene and crow with joy when I have victory. With Inquisition, I'm cussing at the help tips and mourning the controls from the first two games. Only a few minutes into Inquisition and my initial excitement to start playing it just flat died. I couldn't force myself to play anymore. So I think I'll go back to Dragon Age 2 and start a new character there. One thing Inquisition has going for it is the choice of playing a Qunari. That interested me greatly so naturally I created a Qunari Mage... Sadly, she may not be played again. Rest in peace... *cries in a corner*
