I couldn't find it this playthrough. Do I have to walk all the way to the fort forever?
I've never have/heard of this bug. I'm so lost here...
Doesn't fort revasan have fast travel mark?

I have got my fast travel point still but yours may comeback if you take a trip or restart or something similar?

It's right next to the gates on the inside. It's easy to miss but it's there.

Try just bumping your cursor to see if its hidden.

Did you do the quest to clear it?
IIRC, you have to talk to the commander there and finish the quest before the warp point shows up.
