This may just be a personal problem but I think Drakescale should have come with a Masterwork property built in. It is after all marked as a crafted piece of gear so it should have come with something more awesome than +11 armor. I know there were two ways to get it and thus its not as rare as they may like but it could have at least been the "Really awesome book 2 item" everyone wanted if it wasn't so bland.
Also if someone brings up the point of "The 11 armor is the Masterwork property" no, as the math for the Masterwork bonus is 10% which would be 17.4 (17 as it would be most likely rounded down) or a total of 191 for the highest armor value pieces placed in MP.
Since I do play a lot of single player, I can base the stats from that. When building a suit of Superb (insert type) Armor of the Dragon (which is the skin they're using) the current maximum armor is 250 on warrior armor; 233 on Rogues; 218 on Mages. There's also no accounting for the loss of the extra material slots either (12 metal utility and 8 cloth/leather defense for warriors; 12 leather utility and 8 cloth/metal defense on rogues; 12 cloth utility and 8 metal/leather defense for mages).
Even if they were based around the middle ground tier items for crafting their armor values would be at least 20 points higher in armor value than what we received.
They were meant to be an extra special reward and the skins are nice, but they should A.) have come with a Masterwork property and B.) have come out way back when Dragons were first introduced.
