So here is what I got in mind for what i have in mind?
An npc that asks you to het something for uim but the thing he needs is being randomized.
For example:
Npc want the pc to get an apple for him, pc gets apple for pc and gets his reward for it. Pc talks to npc again but now npc wants an banana!
Is this possible?

Yes, you can have "tokens" in a dialog and change those by a script. So instead of twenty lines of dialog for twenty different fruits you just need one line of dialog with a custom token in it.
