So now I am working on making the UI a little more user friendly (more useful tooltips, some menu items that explain how things work, easier log collection, contact info, etc...)
I am also testing that the game works when you mod it with unpacked DLC. It's much faster to install and restore but I feel its just more unreliable than a good ol Default.sfar copy. But the whiny texture users...
My install and restore code (which was like 2 days of work) for unpacked DLC worked on the first test. That means there's something wrong.

I'm looking into now adding the xbox button textures, but ME3Explorer forums seem dead. The tools for texturing won't accept my dds files. I am unsure what I am supposed to do at this point. It won't let me add a smaller texture...
Taking care of someones house this weekend. Am now trying this mod on a real TV. REalized I couldn't change the graphics settings because it crashes when saving.
Terminator Force, can you record (with a phone or whatever) all of the option pages on Xbox 360. I am looking through the code for references to IsConsoleBuild() which, on PC, returns false, but on Xbox and PS3 will return true. This changes what settings are loaded. I am noticing an aim assist setting but I don't think we can load it on PC. I don't know if we will be able to hack around it since we cannot change this part of the code.
There's actually quite a few settings I don't know if you can change.
Like Motion Blur (I think this is only on on consoles), aim assist, etc
Also I think I found the code for "recentering" the camera during storm. Thank you bioware for making it a true false instead of a if not jump statement with native functions.
Edit: Yes I found the code and it works. It's really weird having this turn while running thing. The camera is all wonky if you use both sticks while running. It seems the fix I have is a stronger recentering than the slow repan in the video. Might have to change some values.
^ That looks nice. And yes, it looks like it turns a lot faster then console. That I like and is a better idea. Always wished it could turn faster on console.
I'm not fan of motions blur. And not sure if anyone else is. So no worries from me if this doesn't become an option.

I am working on the options pages. Without option pages we won't really be able to be able to easily toggle aim assist/motion blur. Even then IDK if it's possible to add options since we don't know the telemetry key. Motion Blur being on is just me turning it on and not turning it off
The SP version of this mod appears to be broken as well in terms of option pages.
Confirmed that even with 2 players with the same mod, as client/host, it still busts the interface. I might just strip out mouse code entirely to see if that fixes it.
FINALLY have a working controltoken texture. I was about to give up hope of ever getting this working.

Seems I have to add dynamic load mapping even though this package should be fully loaded... This will allow me to fix moonshines mod I think as well so we can eventually unify them.

And oh noes. Game crashes from mission setting screen. This is horrible news for a host... which is what I'll always be when playing on PC...
Interestingly after I played a round I was able to open it again. I am not sure why it does this but it was doing it consistently before.
Updated mod to 0.4. Now has UI textures. To get rid of aim assist you need to decompile the Default_DLC_UPD_Patch01.bin file (in the patch1 directory of the mod folder) by dragging it onto the data/tankmaster_coalesce/MassEf...exe file (in ME3CMM folder). Then in the files that appear next to the .bin file you dragged you can look in them for references to aim assist. There should be 3 if I recall. Just delete those lines. Then drag the Default_DLC_UPD_Patch01.xml file (not .bin) onto the same exe you used. A new .bin file will appear next to that XML. Take that one and replace the one in the folder above it (the original one you dragged).
Then click the mod in Mod Manager and do Mod Utils > Run AutoTOC on this mod and aim assist will be off. Just note when the mod gets updated it will wipe all that out.
