The Harrier is a great AR no doubt,but half of the mission consists of ammo crate running.
It's a better weapon for certain classes such as the batarian. You can get at least reasonable amounts of fire off before having to crate hug. I actually think it has been one of the best balanced weapons out there because of the pluses vs the big minus of low ammo.

Why would it only be affective on the Batarians? Why not the ammo dmg buff kits like the Terminator GIs?... oh wait, this perfectly fits the can't aim problems mo. nvm...
My favourite kit with the harrier is the drell adept. I feel that all kits that will run anyway from ammo box to ammo box to get grenades don't care about the harrier capacity.
And guys, have you ever tried PPR or Lancer on a drell ? That's what makes the harrier laugh hysterically
