From the tile description 'Declared for Inquisitor' seems the closest (setting an example as an elf).

Declared for Inquisitor sounds more like, Ill do it because I want to rule the wrold :P

While Setting example as an elf sounds more like breaking sterotypes ?

Not just for Inquisitors sake but for the sake of all elfs and in the all world, its confusing I dont know :P

It's not ideal that's true, but the description makes a distinction between 'driven by ambition' or 'urge to be an exemplar'. It also calls the Inquisitor the heart of the Inquisition.

Your choice should be listed as "Declared for the Inquisitor" because you basically were saying you were going to be an exemplar for elves.    I did this and that is how it was recorded for me.    The other choices are declared for the faith if you are a believer or declared for order if you didn't have a particular cause you wanted to hitch yourself to, so basically doing it because it was the right thing to do or to restore order.
