Tried searching for this but couldn't find anything anywhere... So, is gaining Influence / Inquisition Perks somehow bugged since Trespasser ?

I've been playing for a while and doing various minor quests without gaining any influence or at least not getting the "gained influence" thingy afterwards so I went to check it from the attributes screen on cr and this is what I'm seeing right now:

 

 

Looks like I should've gained a Perk Point ages ago.. or is it missing a zero from the number on the right ? Though if that were the case the status bar would only be half-way.

 

Any info / solution would be nice..

I'm currently doing a WT operation which should gain me influence, so I'll update this post if the number on the left increases / anything changes.

There's influence level cap and it seems you reached it long time ago.

It's level 20, as you probably guessed.

I had no idea that perks were capped... guess if I've picked the absolute worst perks x___x

 

Well, I guess I can ditch using focus abilities on this PT... The only one I'm really sad about is The Short List. I've played through two times now and never realized there was a cap.

Wait ... I have to ask. You have 20 Perk Points, but you don't have any of the Focus booster perks and you don't have The Short List? What did you spend points on before those? The RP "Knowledge" ones? But that only accounts for 4 points, you still have 16 others. And how did you get so much Influence? I've exploited the game like crazy to get Influence earlier than normal, but I haven't come anywhere near that level, even with Power for a Price.
