I would like any insight into how one might arrive with these particular epilogue slides, so please weigh in if you know how to successfully pull off these ending conditions (particularly the top two, as the others are somewhat self-explanatory):

(Celene; Unknown Conditions)

The empire's ties to the Inquisition remain strong, both sides benefiting from the ongoing relationship.

Some resent this, calling Celene the Inquisitor's puppet - though they do not do so openly.

Orlais prospers, and soon forgets that it could very easily have been otherwise.

(Gaspard; Peace talks had between Orlais and Ferelden)

He settles disputes with Ferelden, freeing the Orlesian armies to fortify the northern Tevinter borders.

His victories are many. Strength and stability are restored to Orlais... for now.

(Briala; elven Inquisitor w/high court approval)

They hesitate only because they fear the alliance between Briala and the elven Inquisitor; and perhaps also because they yet respect the Inquisition. For now, the Empire remains at peace.

(Conscripted Mages; Leliana is Softened Divine)

When Leliana disbands the Circles, they remain with the Inquisition and form a new college called the Bright Hand.

To many, this new order represents the best of mages, an example for the rest of Thedas to follow.

(Cullen Cured of Lyrium Addiction; Allied Templars / Vivienne is Divine)

They refuse to join the reformed Templar Order under a mage Divine, instead forming a new knightly order called the Silver Shield.

Second is what it says. Gaspard put on the throne during WEWH and completed Delicate Negotiations war table mission.

As for the first one... Unfortunately I don't have any saves from that game, but I'm almost sure I got in in game where I got both Gaspard and Briala executed. while helping Celene keep her throne.

I can be wrong on this one, it's been a while since that pt.

To get the Briala one you simply need to have high Court Approval and be an elven Inquisitor; not that hard really to be honest, unless you take far too long away from the ball and really scupper your chances.    It is a good idea also that when the bell chimes to summon you to the ball after you find Morrigan's hideaway, you don't rush there too quick.   Wait for the second chime and then enter.   Apparently in Orlais it is considered better to be fashionably late.   May sure you do talk to Briala too.   I don't know if it makes any difference but it pays to be on the safe side.

Not entirely sure of what it takes to get softened Leliana as Divine with conscripted mages but I did do so and these were my major choices:

Conscripted mages (obviously), put Briala on throne of Orlais, kept Wardens in Orlais, didn't back either of the other two candidates on the war table.   For a softened Leliana you need to spare the spy back at Haven, tell Leliana she was right to recall her scouts from the field when you get to Skyhold, and then tell her not to kill the Chantry sister.    Not only does the latter ensure Leliana is softened but I think it could also be necessary to get her as Divine on a conscripted run.

Incidentally I also got softened Leliana as Divine on a conscripted Templars run with exactly the same choices, so I think that must be the trick.

For the last one you need to do Cullen's personal quest (which I believe simply involves talking to him since but could also involve killing that bad Templars in the Emerald Graves).  Then tell him not to start taking lyrium again.    You need to ensure Ser Barris doesn't get killed when doing CoJ.   Not sure if it also requires you to do the war table mission for him.     Obviously you need to form an alliance with the Templars rather than conscript them.

The first one is Celene on the throne alone with high court approval.
