I have returned to Thedas after a few months.  I noticed a few tweaks here and there, but what's with the counter with the KE icon and 50?  Sometimes it goes down after a battle.  There's no tooltip, no hints, nada.  You got me Bioware, i'll bite.  What is it?

 

Also, did any of the patches improve visuals?  I know the game always looked great but just wondering if the textures or lighting got a bump.

KE sword has to be charged now to do huge damage. It's charged by using magic attacks other then the sword. It's an effort by bw to make the KE less spamy.

 

Also, if you upgraded to windows 10 the visuals get better.
