Kal'Reegar had they not killed him off. An honorable no-nonsense guy with a get-the-job done attitude.

 

Balak if he survived the events of the main series. Why? Mass Effect needs more "evil" teammates and he's definitely an evil one.

 

Matriarch Aethyta because she's got an interesting backstory, would definitely be a credibly powerful squadmate, and it also means we get more Claudia Black greatness in a Bioware game.

 

The Urdnot Tech Engineer/Scientist: He's very intelligent and technologically gifted, but he's a reactionary with the mindset of a pre-modern barbarian. And he's another "evil" squadmate. Having an engineer/healer who is cruel, vicious and impatient is not the usual path.

He was one of my favorite minor characters in the series, so I think he'd be fun as a companion.

I was thinking maybe someone on the arc, an NPC still, but with a bigger story and a more fleshed out personality.

 

Although, after what happened with Teagan in Trespasser, I'm also wary of what they might do with him.

I really missed Kelly in ME3

She was my romance and I was not allowed to continue it with her, she was genuinely the one most interested in you and caring for you. The rest of the romances were all 'help me shepard, you're my only hope'.

 

Kal'Reegar needs to be Cerberus'd back to life. Definately an awesome character.

Vasir is a good renegade waifu, she made Paragon Shepard look like the ignorant buffoon that he is on what the Spectres are really like.
