A thousand times yes, I would personally love a female Qunari squadmate or love interest. Even though I always play as a human in Dragon Age, the Qunari always fascinate me and the idea of having a big, muscular woman looming over me thinking "You..little man....I like you" is both hysterical and wondrous.
A female Qunari who's possibly a saarbas would make me think she's Korra (the Avatar) but actually good at what she does.

Loved Sigrun! I had some good times roaming around with her and my Ladies Aeducan and Brosca 
. Another female dwarf companion would be amazing (though I wouldn't want it to be any existing character). As for a female Qunari, that would be cool as well as long as she wasn't some sexed up fetish like some people were asking for before DA:I came out.

I don't know about others, but I was asking for a female Qunari for the same reason I was asking for her being a Saarabas. Getting a different perspective on than we've seen before.
