Let's say you have a 200% power damage bonus after cloaking, does the bonus apply from the base damage, level 1 dark channel(including the bonus damage you get from putting points into the asari huntress tree) or from level 6 dark channel(including the bonus damage you get from putting points into the asari huntress tree)?
How does the asari huntress's cloaked dark channel bonus work?

Yes, it applies from base damage. All cloaks apply from base damage, if they didn't, some powers and weapons would too OP with TC buff.

I would like to confirm two things :
- The rank 6 is additive, not multiplicative, right ?
- On a dark channel the damage bonus remains on the whole duration of the power, not only 3 secs after the cloak breaks, right ?

I'm dropping the 15% power bonus since it's additive, and going for 25% headshot. I'll be able to down banshees with my hurricane in seconds now. ![]()

The bonus lasts long enough..that if you spec her for full power damage and take the damage / slow / barriers-armor evos on Dark Channel...that if you cloak then fire DC at a fully shielded Gold Banshee...she will be dead within seconds...you don't need to fire 1 single shot at her or even detonate the Dark Channel
If you don't believe me..fire up a Gold solo...
Huntress vs Reapers on London was the very 1st Gold solo I ever did.
http://kalence.drupa...!2808575!!!E9.B <--- This is what it takes to throw Dark Channel at a Gold Banshee and just walk away....you spec the rest how you see fit... try it for yourself..it is a thing of beauty

Deerber... why you no play Huntress?
Uh? But I do. I've learned to appreciate her, as of late.
Mostly thanks to the awesomeness of the High Lord, I have to say
And also thanks to Aedolon always showcasing her so well

She's pretty great with the Raider as well, esp off host. 3-4 Warp Round shots from a Raider to a Dark Channeled enemy is too nasty.

A DC and high lord - dead Ravager + all the swarmer. If it survived the highlord shot than follow it with warp, a few more dead cannibles. It doesn't compare but may be I should try. It's been a while I carried Raider.

I go back and forth, Claymoar is 1, Raider 1a as far as I'm concerned. I do tend to get a little more utility out of the Raider on Plat, but that's just me.

Raider is awesome on the Huntess. It'd be my second weapon choice for the huntress. So much fun!

Offcourse the high lord.
. She carries it with more style than Batarian slasher and FQE.
Ungh. I wouldn't go that far, but yeah, she's pretty nice with it

^ Deerber. I think I just heard someone just talk about only playing the weapon... not sure if that means anything to you. >_>

I don't know the mechanics but I know it does a ridiculous level of damage. My favorite weapon for the Huntress is the Crusader with Warp rounds.

You see, when a bee loves a bird very much, he injects his stinger...
Oh... different dark channel. Please disregard.

And if you have no honor you can take incendiary rounds and with warp specced for damage you can kill a platinum brute in a single clip with the raider.
Best cheese in the game. But I prefer the high lord anyway cuz he's awesome.

Yeah, especially one with the "lord" title (Albeit, there are exceptions to this), just don't tell all the guys here that they keep professing their love for a man, and keep lovingly causing it to fire it's load at the enemy.....
