What I wouldn't give for one of those. It's killing me going through all the DLC without any of the RP Perks, like History knowledge.
Unless those are a waste in the DLCs because they couldn't afford the extra VO?
Where is the Amulet of Respec Perk points?!?!

I think through cheat engine you can give yourself all the inquisition perk points you want.

Yep. 
Kind of sucks, doesn't it? Try doing a new playthrough and choosing all of those perks, since you DO have options to choose dialogue in all the DLCS relating to knowledge perks.
