Sorry if this has already been brought up (I couldn't find any mention of it), but does anyone know if there is a 30fps cap in the Jaws of Hakkon DLC (and possibly the others - haven't checked)?
Throughout the rest of the game I get 40-60fps, but in Jaws it - very supsiciously - sticks at exactly 30fps.
Given the backlash over the 30fps cutscene cap when the game came out, I was expecting to find a wealth of information about this, but I can't seem to find anything at all!
