First,
Doesn't "Well Drinking Inqy" sound like an insulting term?

Back on topic,
Has anyone else caught that the Augur in JoH notices if your Inqy drank from the Well of Sorrows?
He mentions something very old within the Inquisitor.

The Avvar, I think, are the only humans out there who have any real sense.

And here's the proud Mabari hound, insulting his masters...

But whatever, really.

I can never bring myself to drink from the Well because that would make Morrigan angry at me :(

Still, the whole issue seems to get sidelined save for some instances like this where the Inquisitor's choice is acknowledge. You would think that something like this would be just as important as having the Mark in the first place.

At-least when Morrigan keeps it she has the permanent ability to change into a dragon and is a much better tutor for little Kieran.

Good spot on the Avar comment, they are a very interesting people.

I hear you,
I'm a fan of Morrigan as well.

It does seem odd that they go to the trouble of presenting it in JoH but it basically becomes irrelevant.

You realise Morrigan isn't real? *Shakes head*
On topic. Yes I did notice, and found it rather interesting......especially the old hurts part.

Claudia Black's performance as Morrigan's voice actor was excellent as always. As a character Morrigan is quite interesting, especially given her connection to a number of plot threads. In a world run in large part by massive religious institutions she is the lone voice of dissent who offers players an alternative take on what is happening.

Also, criticizing players on the DAI Inquisition Spoiler Forum for what they think of characters reflects a lesser grip on one's self-esteem than those they criticize.

If you have issues then take them elsewhere.

You realize that your grammar requires correction?

"Realize" and "Realise" are both accepted spellings. "ize" being more north american and "ise" for outside of america and canada.

Don't be a grammar nazi.

Well, Bioware is Canadian and EA is American so it is "ize" in this town.

But I did appreciate the Ed, Edd n Eddy reference. I miss that show.  :(

I'll snip it out if it pleases you.

High Velocity, Armor Piercing. American designation for an APCR round, one of the rounds the US cavalry had available for the 76mm M1, 90mm M3 gun.

I thought idioms were supposed to be relateable.

Also Avaar for life. If there was a choice, I'd play Avaar every game.

It can't be if you have no clue about history. I doubt you'd know what armor used said guns.

I don't. Why do I have to know about guns?

Certain idioms are only known to certain people.

Morrigan points out - when you use the well - that you don't have her training. That's what makes you less able to hear the voices, and to use the spells she was taught by Flemeth, i.e., Mythal.
