I don't think you need a special build for a Cleric/Doomguide.
You cannot go wrong with a simple Human Cleric with recommended stats.

Raise Concentration, Diplomacy (since you're the only party face) and Spellcraft and you're golden.
You might want to get Martial Weapons just for the variety but Bastard Swords are better than Longswords, work with your Doomguide abilities and you can make your own crafted staff.

Other than that, not really. You can go both STR or WIS based. If you want to buff and melee more, keep your WIS at 16 and start with 15-16 STR, then keep raising strength.
Even the Domains don't matter since you have companions to fill any needs.

Eh, i always thought that nothing real good could come out with only one/two classes :/

Would making a Favored Soul/ doomguide (and perhaps cleric, too) be somewhat decent?

Cleric and FS are very strong classes by themselves, so yes, that'd be decent. Doomguide just doesn't add much overall, other than extra Turn Undead uses (and by extension, Divine Might and the like).

FS doesn't get Turn Undead, so you would have to multiclass with cleric, paladin or blackguard in order to qualify for DG. And needless to say, you'd be worse at turning than a cleric counterpart, if that's what you're after, even though Turn Undead isn't really that good in the first place.

Do you want DG for roleplay/the sake of it, or for some other reason?

Well, since i will use it for the motb campaign, yeah, that class is mainly for rp (since being that class adds some dialogues....right?), but i would also like to have a decent fighter/caster character....I am using kaedrin's pack, but it doesn't add that much to cleric's prcs....maybe a cleric/doomguide/master of radiance would be decent, i guess.
I could go paladin as well, except for the fact that i would not turn undeads as paladin

I don't think you get any special dialogue, unfortunately, as the DG class was introduced in a later expansion (SoZ).

Kaedrin's pack has an option to make Turn Undead deal divine damage instead of the usual "stun/destroy or nothing". I think you have to turn it on by editing an ini file.

I'm a bit rusty at Kaedrin's builds, so I'm not going to suggest anything specific. Something simple should still work fine, though. Paladins get TU too, and Kaedrin's pack adds some good PRCs for them, so that's another option. Up to you.

Well, as for the second thing, i totally didn't know that, i will need to investigate this....

About the special dialogue: i am pretty sure i had some when i played as doom guide years ago.....i am not sure if those dialogues and choices depended on me being a paladin or cleric of kelemvor, or on being a doomguide, but that time i got dialogues i never had with any other character

I have another question....is TEMPLAR prc from kaedrin prc pack available to single player? Cause i actually have the 1.42.1 version of that pack and that class isn't there, and i cannot even find more recent versions for download....I suspect that version of the pack has not been released yet....though that class already appeared on nwn2 builder.....So, i am quite confused

AFAIK, that's the latest version you can get. There's a new one in the works (supposed to be released soon, I think) which adds that and some other classes.
