So i updated my game to the latest version AND installed the Black Emporium DLC!

I went to the game and logged in manually (I've disabled automatic log in) and loaded my save!

NOPE! There isn't any Black Emporium Wartable mission near Storm Coast and Kirkwall! What am i doing wrong? I can play multiplayer so there's no problem with logging in! Please help

You have to do the War Table Mission for it. It requires no power or time. Then you have full access.
