Hi All:  Playing on my 1st playthrough I was wondering should I visit Citadel or Omega first after exporing the Normandy SR2?  I was thinking when I play as Paragon I should visit Citadel first and the opposite (renegade - Omega).  Just asking for suggestions?

Omega so you can get some squadmates other than Miranda and Jacob.

Plot-wise, as a Paragon you should go straight to Citadel, since what you experience there will be the only justification you seem to get for Paragon Shepard working with Cerberus. It's still weakly done, but it's better than going to Omega, doing work for Cerberus, and only then reporting to your superior officers. :-P

Should I do both squadmates missions on Omega, one right after each other? I though the archangel mission is alot harder?

Well getting the Doctor is technically more important since getting him opens up the tech lab, which is the only way you upgrade your weapons, armor and ship.
