Hey all,

 

Due to a rather unfortunate turn of events (bouts with depression, loss, etc), I'm back. Unfortunately I didn't have my PS4 and my old one has "disappeared," according to my cousin anyway (-.-). I considered picking it up on the PS3 but didn't want to spend more money and start over.

 

Anyway, I have a new one now. I have to reinstall DA:I though. My main question is will my progress (prestiges and items) carry over or do I have to start from scratch?

 

If someone could get me up to speed on what's new, I'd appreciate that as well but I'll be lurking the forums for a while catching up.

Your MP content will remain intact since if its either same console type to same console type or if its an inline upgrade. In the case of the upgrade you'd have to download your prestige and items, and they would no longer be available on the old gen I believe. 

 

As for SP content you'd have to start from scratch unless you have the removable hard drive or have your saves back up either on Cloud storage of some kind to transfer or on a memory stick. In the case of an upgrade, you'd still have to have it on the Cloud first to do a transfer.
