I was launching DAI with the 60 fps fix via a desktop shortcut. I don't know if it was patch 10 or installation of Trespasser, but the shortcut reverted to the default target location and I didn't even realize it until recently.
So... just in case, be sure to check it out if you've been seeing issues.
And just a reminder about how to add it, here is a reddit link with instructions for a desktop shortcut OR Origin launch options.

I tried the 60 fps thing. It made the animations smoother, but it slowed the voices down. Is there any reason for this? Can it be fixed?

Sounds like a weird bug. There's no reason for that

Well, the voices were in sync with the mouth movements. It's the movements that were slow. Smooth, but slow. Like the extra frames were lagging the game or something.
