I just had a really odd scene.
After Adamant Sera drags my male elf Quizzy to the roof with cookies.
After all my PT's,
(Always had Sera's approval) This is the first time that this has happened.
What gives?
Is this new content or something else?

Alright now there's a new dialogue option for "friendly roof time" that goes to a cut scene with Inqy and Sera sitting on the roof BS'ing.

Nope, it's been there  from the beginning.  This is the funniest outcome, in my opinion.  Disclaimer:  Not my video.  Saw it and died laughing.  Yes, I died.  Necromancer friend helped me out.

I think you have to have a certain amount of high approval to get it. If you have just OK approval it may not trigger.

I like it better when Sera decides to throw the cookies at people. You can hear Cassandra shout "ARGH!"

I've always thought I had high approval with Sera but apparently not....

Oh well. I'll just recruit her for the bees.  Not sure what would be better: kicking her out right after getting the bees or keeping her around but never talking to her again. I think I'll see what she does if I never talk to her until after defeating Corypheus.

I didn't get this scene with my first Inquisitor. I really like it, just chilling on the roof that smells like birdshit eating cookies of dubious quality with a friend that I disagree with on almost every topic ever.
