I'm getting a little tired of the game crashing to the Dashboard six times or so at random combat points. 
Making it almost impossible to progress.

See any one of the several other tropics already created to complain about this.  Having a Party member with the Lunge-n-Slash  ability active seems to be the most common cause.  (Not that that excuses BioWare for their cockup.)
