Billy wore a vest and held the cup today.

and this theme song jumped into my head "what is love?  baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me.. no more"

which, in my mind, has morphed to "what is math?  Billy don't math me.. Blarry don't math me.. no more"

So after doing several runs and getting no XP tracked on the virtuoso, I change to my AW.  Hop into a perilous run in progress.  Wave 5, FC, Dragon down to maybe 1/4 health.  Kill a couple dragonlings, dragon lands, dies in seconds, weekend challenge done.

Well, that shoulda had more zeros.  I cannot math.

2 things.

1. Congrats on a free chest(s) :)

2. If you completed the personal challenge before the book challenge went live, you didn't get a star. Jeff is currently doing some programmer telemetry voodoo to fix this.  We think we'll have a fix for it before the end of next week.

Awww, so it wasn't intentional? I was hoping the next 4 challenges were going to be like:

"Defeat 10 enemies"

"Collect 2,000 Gold"

"Open 5 Treasure Room chests"

"Defeat 20 Nightmare Dragons"

I am totally okay with a super-easy, done-in-one-night challenge. Going to a football game tomorrow, so will be out of town allllll day. Sunday will likely be me recovering from cheering my lungs out for 3+ hours and alcohol poisoning. :P

More really quick and easy challenges please. One or two runs and done is perfect.

I just consider this weekend as good karma swingin' 'round for those challenges on previous weekends which err'd on the other side of do-ability... ;)

Hah, and here I was beginning to wonder if Varric was trying to recapture the interest of readers in my position. Just wondering a little bit. I do still like to keep tabs, at least, just in case.

It seems the individual challenge is not registering on PS4. Anyone else having trouble?

edited: only certain characters are not registering. The virtuoso and avaar did not work. The necromancer did.

I am not sure if this is because the challenge was over so fast or just people got tired of the game, this weekend the PUG was pretty sad.   Quick Match on Threatening.... by myself.   Try again... by myself.   Okay start my own game.... 10 minutes later.. still by myself.      Next Quick match.... try Routine... a lv 1 keeper and lv 1 archer in FC.

This wouldn't happen to be http://www.squarepie.com/would it?

They serve their food in cardboard boxes, pie, gravy, mashed potatoes, great!

The one in Canary Wharf would serve a hangover breakfast in a box too! Beans, eggs, sausage, black pudding the works :)

Heh, that's the one. Unsurprisingly, it ranks pretty high when you google for square pies.

I don't follow the NFL; I'm a college football girl.

I went home to The Swamp to cheer my Gators on against Tennessee.

I ended up witnessing a barn-burner in which I thought we were done for midway through the 4th quarter, then we got a touchdown... held them to a 3-and-out... then, on 4th and 14, we come off with a pass and run that goes 63 yards for the go-ahead touchdown. Vols attempt a 55-yard field goal for the win... miss it (but we'd called a timeout to prevent being flagged for 12 players on the field). Their second attempt at the field goal saw it almost literally brush the outside of the upper right goalpost. It was THAT close.

We won 28-27. Not ashamed to admit I cried tears of joy. The heartbreak from the Vol fans was palpable. That's two years in a row we've come from behind to beat them by one point and now makes our win streak over them 11 years in a row.

I got drunk, howled at the moon, and finally got home at 12:30am.
