So if we ever go back to the Milky Way I think it could go down like this:

Make destroy canon

They specifically sent us all the way to Andromeda to ensure they wouldn't have to do this.

You believe what you want, as we all do.
Not trying to force my views on anyone, just explaining mine is all I am doing.

You asked for proof that the Crucible's energy traveled faster than light and I provided it. That you choose to live in your own private world, where facts don't matter, is your own personal failing.

The scene with the wave engulfing the Normandy and the scene with the wave spreading through the entire galaxy via the relay network prove that it was moving many times the speed of light.

That proves nothing, you really are a contentious person that would start a fight in an empty house just to hear the echo.

Really? Seeing the energy travelling faster than the speed of light isn't proof that the energy was traveling faster than the speed of light? You sure do seem hellbent on starting stupid arguments for no reason.

Any plans that require canonizing one of the endings I would say will only end up as a failed attempt.   While most people probably picked destroy, you still don't want to do something that isolates 30-40% of your potential audience.

Sorry, but I don't see a way of saving the Milky Way galaxy after what they did.    By including the green ending, they made it pretty much impossible to just push the effects of the ME3 ending to a minor effect.

If they make one of the colours canon, oh boy. I can imagine the quality topics we'll get here.

The Destroy fans are supposed to be a huge majority here; my impression is that's actually true. Maybe it wouldn't be that bad

To use another company as an example, I can't say I remember Sucker Punch receiving a lot of hate messages for choosing the "Cole dies" ending to InFamous 2 the canon pick.

Quick men form a shield wall this internet warrior is strong with his mighty strawman arguments, Seeing light move is no indication of it's speed so who is the stupid one then?

Also i started this as i am fed up reading of your hostile arrogant demeanour, you put other people down and are downright rude in other posts and topics.

The energy wave outspeeds the Normandy in FTL. You're wrong and eager to start **** despite being wrong. That's no way to go through life.

That is not proof and you know it, cut scenes subscribe to their own laws of physics. You are so desperate to be "Right" you will go to any length to prove this, i feel sorry for you now.

Proof isn't proof any more? You're ridiculous. Go argue with someone else. That's clearly all you're looking for. Facts be damned, right?

Proof needs to be VALID, just because you say it is, does not make it so,keep trying though!

Why isn't there an 'ignore user' function on the BSN?

There is. Go to your "My Settings" page and find the "Ignore Settings" option. Enter the person's name who you want to ignore, and there you go. You can choose whether or not to view their posts, signature, and PM's.

By that logic no kind of proof is ever possible. Are you really going there?

The intention was that the galaxy was changed at FTL speeds. I mean what´s the point otherwise? Hups, the Reapers on the other side are still operational/ uncontrolled/ not synthesized for 120.000 years?

Sorry, but you just pointed out that the wave moving through the same Mass Effect conduit, caught the Normandy.  Not that the wave propagates throughout the entire galaxy at that speed.

But, if that is your take on it, that's fine.  I just not happen to be my take on events.

Have a great day.

Edit.  Let me add, to make it clear.  To me, the wave does propagate through each Relay at FTL speeds but, it moves at just lightspeed through the other systems.

The Normandy didn't hit a relay. It went into FTL to get away from the Crucible and the next time you see it it's still in FTL, not a mass effect, but the energy is moving faster than they are. There is no evidence that they hit a relay or that the energy changes speeds, let alone changes speed from hitting relays. What you have doesn't even rise to the level of a fan theory.

Having not read this thread I will say that I would have preferred the next Mass Effect to have stayed in the Milky Way and contrary to basically what everyone else thinks I don't think it would've been all that difficult to skirt around the ME3 endings even without resorting to homogenizing, or retconning or choosing a canon. But really they have already made the decision to move to Andromeda, its over, its done with. Its not what I would've done, but really in the grand scheme of things moving to Andromeda will have very little impact on whether ME:A is good or not, and at this point that's all that matters.

The Normandy is not jumping through a relay (that was just a misunderstnading by many players that got confused by all the ridiculousness of the ending, especially without EC), it is an FTL jump actually:

Nothing states yeah or nay to using the Relay.  But, consider this, if the Normandy is not using the Relay, then the world (unknown habitable garden world) is within easy normal FTL range of Earth.  Not feasible as any planet like that near earth would have been colonized at the start.  Man, the human race that is, spreads like a disease and that planet would have been the first to be colonized since exploration is in our nature.

No, the planet lies outside the normal range of FTL so therefore, a Relay had to have been used to get that far from Earth.  At least, that is my view and, alas, that view will not change.

How do you know it's not a colony world - somebody must have been there to get the Normandy patched up.
