Ok so i really need tips for this guy anything you can give! i just beat him on nightmare took me around 46 mins on full Tactical camera... i used a tempest archer. reason why im asking for advise is because im gonna go for a second run on nightmare with my rift mage and i can't stand another fight like that :l Hes Sooooo Hard!

Try detonating the Mark if you are close. I do not recall which elements are strengths and weaknesses, but prepare your spells, and choose a staff accordingly. You may wish to purchase a Respec amulet for that trek, just in case it is desired.
And while I have no proof or confirmation, the shots of him clawing at his mask seem to indicate that he really hates bees....

he's not that hard if you save your mark for when he does the pull attack. (well he's hard. But he's much easier if you just save the mark for countering the pull attack) I beat him at lvl...22? or 23. With artificer archer PC, Archer Cole, Vivi and S&S Bull that way. And we didn't have any tier 4 stuff.
But good barriers are pretty much a most so I dragged Vivi around.
