If u ...
* delay the next match because u have to apply the correct color scheme from ur newly awarded credits
* Can't understand why others get upset if u missile during an objective wave (and complain that the rest did it just just a wave before)
* aim the missile for the face instead of the feet
* troll another because of kill steals
* rage "op pack", 10s before the end of the wave
* stand in any1 place without any cover longer than 30s (kiting excluded)
* mess up the spawns by standing at a random position
* r adamant that other races hold back their efficient killing streak because you're genetically disadvantaged as vorcha or Krogan and NEED all the kills.

I SWEAR I ran into (1) the other day, it was like 6 extentions, no level ups, no equiping, no weapon or mod changes.

 

I helped someone with (2) a while back, send them a FRIENDLY (not aggro like I normally would) message about it to some random dude, got a nice reply sometime later, had a few more games with them since. Not the best player, but they really do try, and aren't afraid to use their consumables (including fully equipping before the game, even on SIlver).

 

I may, or may not, be guilty of (3) on a slightly frequent recurring theme.

 

And occasionally (4) (Usually because also eating or drinking coffee between waves).

 

 

...Conclusion: WAAAH, I'm a PUG

yeah this actually happaned in my previous game. it was the 4th device, it was almost completed. it was in the bottom middle of Jade a little further from the ammo pack. Scions and Praetorians were closing on us. instead of finishing objectives we had a teammate in the middle of the map that needed reviving, an objective that needed to be disabled. But what really happaned was 3 minutes of medigeling nuking and teammates using almost all their medigels and cobras in one wave.

Could you explain the first of those in a little more detail?  With objective waves, I do this with missiles:

1. don't nuke a spawn, lest the nasty things respawn near the objective;
2. with devices, don't nuke nasty things that are far away from the device because this is where we want the nasty things to be;
3. with hacks, escorts etc., do nuke nasty things that are in the way.

Am I Doing It Wrong?

 

It may be an opinion of one, but the second point I quoted means nothing to me.  I will stand where I like, regardless of whether or not it makes a spawn-nuker's life easier or harder.  None of the much-better-than-me players with whom I play have ever complained.

i agree with stephen also what about assassination objectives (you know bosses like banshee etc)? it kinda makes sense to use a nuke since the amount of time is a bit short for first one at least

Yeah, wave 10 targets I certainly nuke until the game switches the targets to mooks.

 

That said, I was in an all-krogan game a couple of weeks ago versus geth, we got targets, and I was a bit disappointed when one of the other players nuked a Prime.  Four krogan all meleeing a Prime would have taken it down in seconds

OMG! How did I forget that awesomeness I had the other day!

 

For giggles, my friend and I ran duo TGI (joined by two SIs I think), Jade Collectors Gold.

 

I possessed a-bombed.... myself only..... twice.....

 

Best part was, one of them was with a missile

 

Sad part was, it was a heroic act of defense of the pizza delivery guy behind me, I totally took one for the team.

LOL i cant argue with that since i just done that yesterday, its just so much fun making toothpicks out of geth with krogan squad ^^ 

 

and arkhne its totally worth it for the pizza (unless pizza guy had non then thats just letting team Morale down)

...Of course any of these points can be taken to new levels of finesse to kill own squad mates 4 pleasure, incl lashing abominations closer, toasting in the reactor, shooting the killer swarm, lead swarms to team mates, preserving all ravager bugs in case nightman joins ur lobby, reviving said mate between the legs of a banshee,for a "clean sync"->,
but that thread is already covered in this forum by marksmad

Yep, of course - switching the targets ( on purpose vs willy nilly nuking)

And don't use a rubber band or autowalk macro to keep being registered. To me deliberate leechers are a different category and deserve more disdain than PUGs who mix in moments of genius with their oops antics

Don't forget Grenade Capacity V + Reegar on the AIU, that's sort of the most "puggish" thing out there.

Lol I didn't even consider that interpretation  . Usually it's PUG 2 or 3 that drops in and then goes AFK in the lobby and the host that disappears mid game (usually around the time wave 6 objectives are 1/2 done) in my experience.

Might be a pug if:

 

* as the pug Host goes down  and having to watch others clutch the wave and topping pugs score, the pug rage quits

 

* Use explosive rounds on reegars hoping for kill streaks on boss units

 

* Rez teammates while a phantom, banshee or crab is camping your body

 

* Stand out in the open Holding the Line with a kit and loadout that can barely kill a cannibal yet dares any boss unit: Come at me Bro

 

* Not being aware how OP a cannibal hug can be on wave 1 after being health gated by sniping Maurader 1 sec before the hug and thinking : I got this!

Those are amateur hosts. The real pros wait until the objective is completed, at the cost of numerous missiles, ops packs, and gels. Then they leave just before the wave is completed, so you get to do it all over again.

I hate when people do this, especially when all other teammates seem to be oblivious that objectives are 'a thing' and are off killing elsewhere.

 

Also: shooting an abomb or regular abomination that is facegrabbing a teammate that isn't already dead.

Pretty sure most BSNers are going to try to get you on all of the above. 

 

They'll just get you out of the ensuing mess as well.
