Yep, nightmare always on, FF always on, all trials always on and I solo the game using only the starting armor and weapons from the prologue while never allocating any points at level up. Six and a half thousand hours, nine broken controllers, four tendon repair surgeries and several strokes later and I'm all set to go to Val Royeaux for the first time!
