That's weird, because that's not what Trespasser is about.

You are one of those people who believe Trespasser have Qunari, talk abou the destiny of Inquisition and such? UAHAUHAUHAUAHUAHAULOLOLOLOLOL

Funny people you

Trespasser = Solavellan, everybody knows it, but I understand humans need denial to live in this crazy word so if you need to believe Trespasser is not just an epilogue for female elves that romanced Solas, whatever helps you sleep at night

Okay, homey. Real talk. What is the exact personality disorder you suffer from? Like, what is the fancy name the doctor wrote on the piece of paper--what did it say?

Oh, I would LOVE to get one of those, anyone that meant that I am unable to live in society and could grant me either money from governement or prision/isolation in a mental health hospital, but I still couldn't get it. Appearently society is not very good at identifying dangerous and/or insane people which is beyond stupid because it is worse for me and for anybody in contact with me but... reality is what it is. I wonder if all those tragedies in the television are like this, the person is clearly insane, everybody knows the person is going insanely dangerous, everybody ignores, tragedy happens, everybody says "oh (s)he was such a nice and normal person"...

And in real life I'm WAY more insane than in these forums.

But, as much as I agree with you about my insanity, believing Trespasser is anything but 5 minutes of Solavellan is way beyond insanity. Actually when I see posts in these forums I understand why I never managed to get my "insane stamp" from doctors. How they will label me insane when there is people who believe Mass Effect and Inquisition are RPGs? I will humbly accept I am "sane".

So you went to a mental health official and they couldn't diagnose you? Or you've never gone? It's not about freebies or being locked up but, like, making your life and the lives of those around you better. Because there are probably meds and therapy out there that can make you less fucked up. Unless there are no social services at all in your country, you don't have to be this way. You could get so much more out of life. It's a ****** shame to waste the small time you have on Earth doing this to yourself, being this obsessive, anti-social, and over-the-top extreme in your emotional/attitudinal highs and lows. You're not insane but you've got some real issues that do you no favors. The good news is that most likely it's treatable. Make the effort to find out what you've got and what you need. You already seem miserable living like this (just because you may be used to being this way doesn't mean it's not mentally strenuous), so what do you have to lose?

Two disagreements:
1 - 9/10 is rough, specially given how "big sites" already were rough on Trespasser, 10/10 would fit better, it deserves. It made a hater (me) love the game after all.
2 - Witch Hunt is not an epilogue/ending DLC for you? õ_o

It has to be reeeeeaaaalllllyyyyyy polished for me to give a full 10/10. 9.5 is pretty much as high as I go.

Good review. My only quibble is at 3.35:

"This is the first epilogue DLC Bioware has ever done."

Witch Hunt was an epilogue DLC for DA:O, surely?

Witch hunt was stand alone, Trespasser is not, but yes, it did have a very epilogue-y feel.

I believe that it plays like origins.  That would explain why it's so good.

I kinda felt that too!

Finally watched it. Very good job, man.

The "heyyyy there~" you opened the review with had me laughing, though! Something about the way you said it. I'm sorry!  :P

HAHA! Glad you finally got to watch it! And enjoyed it too!

Haha it's fine, I didn't know the thread was still going!

Aww thank you!! I'm so happy to hear that! <3

I'm kinda sad the main Inquisition news coverage is over. Still have Dragon Age stuff planned, but my focus will be shifting gradually toward Andromeda while it's in the spotlight.

I hope what Bioware learns from this is that in making the main protagonist feel actually vulnerable they raise the emotional stakes of the drama and produce a better, more gripping story. Let's not have another after Haven/ Act 1 drama = over thing like the main campaign prior to Trespasser where it became a snoozefest on the way to coryfish. And there is something to be said that no "the world is going to end" threat will be quite as impactful on a player's state of mind than "This F*ing glowing thing on my hand can kill me in any minute now".

I understand. It is more because I've sites reviewing it with 7, 8 and other "low" scores so I was kinda sad. But I understand. Also it is not perfect, far from it, but the additions to the main game are really game changing so it went far beyond being an "epilogue end" to be a demi-expansion. Not disagreeing with your 9 just sad other people did not go that high.

I agree with the review. I played on nightmare and "normal" fights against the qunari got tedious fast due to the unreasonably big health they had but other than that it was perfect + played a lot like origins. The endboss was a worthy challange on nightmare, i think the endboss of Golems of Amgarrak was the only one in Dragon Age that can outmatch it - arguable if comparable though because of different combat system. The story, companion interractions, music, actual working frequent party banter (!)(on PC) are top notch. Personally i think this is the second best DLC ive seen from Bioware (after Citadel). Well worth the price.

The DLC surprised me, i just wanted to have the full story even if it costed extra and i ended up buying The Descent too. The exploration was very similar to Origins in it just like in Tresspasser. Its good to see Bioware is going back to Origins when it comes to exploration.
