What triggers her romance dialogue options. Some games I get romance options with her during the initial zone introduction, then next game that option is missing.

Is there a trigger for it?

Edit - I know not each zone has the option but I'm talking zones where I have got it before not having the option in another play through.

Don't know, maybe it goes away once you initiate a romance with a companion in earnest? I have no idea, never that much attention.

Good question,
I've noticed this also.
On my current PT,
Even with Cass locked-in, I still have flirt options for Harding.
But my last PT,
I didn't receive hardly any.

You have to go to crestwood first, then the flirt options open up. Seriously, use google.

Seriously, bite me. This is a forum where we discuss the game. You might want to try that without being a condescending jerk. The first page of Google results wasn't giving me the answer I needed so I asked here. I will get your permission next time.

Crestwood has to be visited once I believe to get the flirt stuff to unlock. Also most romances, once started, will lock you out of Harding flirts (whether romance is locked in or simply started)

Nah, I haven't been to Crestwood yet (not even on Sera's quest) and I just got a flirt option with Harding in the Exalted Plains.

It just naturally popped up for me but, that was before I got in a relationship. The funny thing is, if you're a female and you flirt with Harding, Sera will approve.

Maybe Crestwood would be the safer starting place to initiate flirt options for Scout Harding. After all, that's the next area to go for the main quest.

Yeah, I got that option, too. Given how female dwarves and Qunari are in the top spots in her list of preferences, flirting with Harding nets approval from Sera.
