How to start the Blackwalls deception quest? Wiki says it should tigger when I walk over to talk to him after I finished WIcked Hearts and Adamant Fortress but I am past the Well of sorrows now and I stil get nothing ?

You may not have raised his approval high enough. If not, it won't trigger.

If you talk to him and he doesn't give you the scene where he goes drinking with you then just take him with you and find the Warden artifacts scattered around the world to get his approval up.

You need sky high approval with Blackwall to trigger the quest.

Thats true, I dragged the ungreateful bastard along with me through most of game now, and he still doenst approve enough to be mai freind

He also gains a slightly approved if he's in the party when you kill darkspawn (in the main game, don't know about Descent)

I thought that once you got past the Temple of Mythal that you were locked out of most of the companion related things. Despite the fact that you can still play and run around, you're basically at the final segment of the story.

You can definitely still do companion quests. One way to max influence using the Chargers is to get and complete their war table missions after each main story mission, sacrifice them during Demands of the Qun, then do all the Tallis missions.
