Items I received that I did not have before:

Avarr War Maul
Bloody Bargain Dagger
Stinking Cheater Shield
Cordovas Smile (dagger i think?)
Elgernan Enaste Bow.
Also promoted all of my classes en masse.
Have ended up with all full potions inv of 255 except for bees, it does not seem to give you bees if all else is full.
228,000 today and all I got was a Caliban, I did however get a Storm Belt to compliment my Hakkon staff finally 
The dagger certainly looks great. I had the heart of despair staff and liked it, will be interesting to try out the new staff, the maul looks good as well so i will try that though i hate mauls as a rule.
Since the update ~2 weeks ago I seemed to have dropped down a whole loot tier. I haven't pulled a >17th level purple weapon since (from buying chests). 
Spent 500k since the last patch and got Bolt and Rime (lvl 27 swords) - only need Brand to complete my collection of the craptastic trio.
Have 500k saved up for the next DLC.

I think they've run out of voiceless character ideas.
Controlled Undead that originally died getting its throat cut. No skills (super simple development), just high damage resistance and a bunch of passives.
Playable Revenant. Equips a 2H greatsword (greatswords only, no axes or mauls) and a shield. Has Hand of Issqun as a starting skill.

I only buy chests when I am bored and/or waiting for lobbies, so I don't really pay attention to how much gold I spend during each spree
I would say that since the latest items were added, I must have spent about 900k, and I've got all Level < 27 items multiple times, at times 4-5 of the same new purple item per day. However I am yet to get any of the sweet Level 27 ones. I am feeling pretty skeptical about them. I have 1.1 million gold left, but I this point it is just whatever for me, the RNG feels completely broken.

I have two level 27's
Extremely hard to get them. I say "hard" but yeah....RNG.
I can't seem to get out of the blue to purple transition phase yet. Missing Bow and Maul there. Have not been able to buy or had a drop of my last 2 Hakkon weapons. Bow and 1H sword. 250+ NM runs.Don't know how many Perilous and above Dragon runs. Funny, ever sense I've started this game the deck has seemed stacked againts me when it comes to bows. LOL
Over 2 million easy in this game and I keep getting repeats of what I don't need or want.The items system is either purely random or a bogus % counter based on what others have posted about the loot they get, and when they get it. Which is it?
I recently went through 150K and got new squat.
Bought a chest yesterday in between matches & pulled the Hakkon dagger (saved screen shot but unfortunately at work atm). It definitely added to my insanely lucky/great DAMP weekend; Friday got the 1h Hakkon sword from the NM dragon & then Saturday got the Hakkon bow from that stingy ole dragon again. Livin' the high life with all 5 Hakkon weapons. 
Those 27's seem to be quite elusive...

I've spent about 500k since the latest patch and i can't get one of those level 27 weapons or that sweet physical immunity amulet.
Why is the Lv26 Shield never on that list.....??
I assume it's a requirement.
Was wondering that myself...my guess is for balance seeing there's no Lv. 27 staff?
And as a side note, the 27's seem harder to get than the Hakkon weapons not too mention the only one that is really of interest is the Bosun's Blade. Coupled with the Hakkon's Mercy dagger, it could make the Assassin very interesting to play with.
