No, I was just trying it. They do not seem to stack together anymore 
booo All well MOE with Hakkon Sword rules all so w/e
*edit* Putting the two together seems to completely negate both 5% boosts and give normal attack damage with no buff at all, will look again but it seems as if that is the case :/

No, the same masterwork will not stack on multiple items, but similar ones will. So, two items that both grant +5 guard won't stack, but one that gives +5 will stack with one that gives +3.
