The problem is this stuff is pure reaching. Even Ashe's agents of titan theory has more ground then this. Flemeth and Solas reveals where fine because there was lots of evidence, build up and tools to work with. Stuff like Sera being an ancient elf or Andruil or whatnot has no strong evidence but a flimsy romance card interception.

Sera is a normal elf with some latent untapped/undeveloped magical abilities. Done.

 

No one else is coming up with "better" theories because they aren't actually needed in the first place. It's just the Sera Truthers, like you, who pretend the whole Andruil thing must be the only possible explanation and then conveniently "forget" there's a much more sensible/plausible explanation when ever called out on their wacky conspiracy theories. Part of the reason I don't want Sera to be Andruil is just because I think the Evanuris being trapped in the Black City should be the rule, not the exception. Mythal gets a pass because she was "killed" before the veil was created, and as we've learned, was Solas' friend. All of the rest should be imprisoned.

Sera HATES and FEARS magic. It makes far more sense she has magic ability that she refuses to use and hides because of that.

One of Blackwall's tarot cards depicts him riding a griffon does that make him the reincarnation of Garahel? By Sera Truther logic it's a much more solid link than anything to do with Sera/Andruil, so it be must be so no?

Also, Mythal, according to Fen'Harel himself, wasn't evil, unlike the rest of th Evanuris.

 

He claims that while one of them, she has been the "voice of reason" that they murdered on a whim.

Probably the reason she is remembered as the Protector, too.

All Solas' dialogue was referring to is the fact that Sera clearly has some innate magical abilities (the exact degree of which are vague) and that she is so hateful/terrified of all things magic that she is denying a part of herself.

I for one am a Sera is Andruil believer, for me persoanlly there is just too much evidence, circumstantial or not. The real question for me is, is Sera the "actual" Andruil who had her memory wiped by Mythal or like Flemeth just a vessel for Andruil soul.
