I tried that last week.  It was pretty entertaining, though Melee GI might be more effective because you won't get a facefull of Pyro on your approach

Hey know what would be great in me4mp? If they added a new class of weapons that were melee only. I wanna see more melee stuff. Equip a big hammer for one of your weapons, or a huge omni fist gauntlet thing, or a riot shield thing like the paladin, or a huge sword. Kinda like some of the stuff some of the kits have now but a weapon slot for melee weapons. I dunno. I wanna smash more stuff with more kits.
