I cannot fine my incisor rifle anywhere ! its suppose to be in the armory like the message said but its not ! and the guns tht i picked up, well i can't equip them either

Necrothreading with a "same here". Yep, that gives us all the information we need to know what the problem is. Try thumping the flux capacitor and see if that helps. If it doesnt, then read this.
