Been getting this a lot lately. On PC. Anything one can do about it in game without having to bail out the match?

Nope. I'm pretty sure once sound starts going out you have to restart the game because something has crashed in the engine.

I haven't had this in ME, but it happens relatively frequently in DAI. In that game you can switch the dynamic range in options to bring it back. Might need restart in ME3 as above.

Funny thing whenever this happens to me, if I finish the match it usually fixed itself when returning to the lobby.

Since I posted earlier that this hadn't happened to me, it just did.  I can't recall the last time it may have happened, but since I have been running Win 10 only a week, maybe that is the difference.

I have had the opposite problem (XBox) - when I was using the Spitfire, the game made the Spitfire sound and made my controller rumble constantly whenever I wasn't firing the Spitfire.  When I did fire the gun, I got no sound or vibration.  Which was kind of OK with me, because when I'm playing a Spitfire Jugg, I'm usually spending more time firing than not firing.

Yes. Did you try paying real money at the store?
