I just want to see how free marchers dress!
I think I've seen Oraisians and Fereldeners in Skyhold, but not sure about free marchers.
Are there any?
In game, are there any free marcher npcs wandering around?

Knight Captain Rylen, but he's wearing the Inquisition armor. The Merchant at Crestwood Keep I think is from the Free Marches, but I couldn't find any good pictures of her online so you'll have to check her out in-game. Also, the Inquisitor can be a Free Marcher, but I'm guessing that isn't what you meant. And I'm guessing you know this, but DA2 was set in the Free Marches.

IIRC the merchant at Caer Bronach wore a Ferelden dress or something very similar to Ferelden attire. I haven't noticed many Free Marcher npcs, but that country is known to be somewhat of a mix of cultures yet produce its own. I'm guessing the Free Marches takes little bit from everywhere with one being dominant depending on the city-state.
