This is going to be my first playthrough of dragon age inquisition. I have completed both origin as a arcane mage and dragon age 2 as a two handed warrior. I love casting spells but I do also like to punch enemies in the face. I though of creating a arcane warrior at first but they dont seem to look and behave as badass as in origin/awakening.

I think you accidentaly posted in the DA2 forums.  For DAI It depends how much you like mages.  I really like warriors so I did a Sword and Shield Qunari female.

 

 

If you talking about DA2 then warriors are a little boring in comparison to the other classes.
