Is the sword that Leliana hands you upon becoming Inquisitor and the one you use in the execution scenes available as an in-game weapon?

Doubt it. I haven't seen a sword that looks like that.

I've never seen a usable one in game.

 

There is the Refined Greatsword, a grey item. It's not exactly like the one in the cutscene, but does have the dragon head in the same place.

Only available when executing people you judge sadly.

The Knight Enchanter sword (ironically a warrior only two handed sword)  is a two handed version of the sword. It's a blue item that occasionaly drops in tier 2 chests.
