Is there any kind of guide, post, topic, anything regarding what the choices in the Dragon Age Keep actually do in DAI? A quick google search turned up a disheartening lack of information on the subject. There are hundreds of choices to make in the Keep and I highly doubt that each and every one of them is reflected somewhere in DAI's gameplay (although that would be seriously impressive if it were the case, don't get me wrong). For instance (very minor DAO spoiler?): How and whether you help the prisoner in the cage in Ostagar at the beginning of DAO. Does a really minor sidequest like that actually have an effect anywhere in DAI's gameplay?

I want to know which ones actually do something--altering the story, getting an extra war table mission, whatever--and which ones don't. Does this information exist anywhere out there?

Most of the choices you can make in the Keep aren't reflected in DAI. Those who do are mostly major ones, like who rules Orzmmar or Ferelden, or those relating to companions and previous protagonists. Outside of those pretty much none of the choices are acknowledged. There's Connor's fate and whether Dagna got helped by the warden or not that I can remember off the top of my head.

If you save Connor he will show up in Redcliffe, if you did the ritual with Morrigan you will meet her son. If you spared Loghain he will be your Warden partner. If not, Alistair will if not King or dead or Stroud. Orzammar's ruler of your choice will contact you. Gamlen's daughter is a Red Jenny. Anders being alive with cause Sebastian to attack Kirkwall. The HOF alive will contact you. Little things in codex entries will change based on your choices too. A non-romanced Zevran will help Leliana (war table). There's a lot more but those are some of the main ones I remember the most.

Whether or not the Hero of Fereldan is alive is a big one, as it allows you to get the Griffon Mail schematic by contacting him or her. Of the added Griffon armors it looks the best, certainly helps rogues look beefy without being as spiky as the Dragon Hunter Mail.

On a side note, completing The Last Court web browser game connected to the keep is the only way to get perhaps the best looking Skyhold glass in the game - Serault Glass, the envy or empires (so they like to say). It opens up some war table options that allow you to briefly interact with the character you use in The Last Court.

Other than that there is little else. Most of the Keep decisions are utterly irrelevant to Inquisition, perhaps intended more for flavor than any actual use.

That's where it comes from? My Mage was rockin' the Rogue version!
