I have been apart of the BioWare community for several years now, I've played every Mass Effect and Dragon Age games, and bought virtually every DLC for those games. Today, my old account was stolen from me, and in that moment... every hour I've spent playing Dragon Age, and quite possibly every EA game for that matter has been rendered moot. Every sacrifice, every hard choice, every bit of awesome that was earned in blood, sweat and tears, every one of this moments... was stolen by an honor-less waste of a human being. The codes that came with the physical copies, worthless, my dear Knara Cousland... Silver Hawke... Vadaas Adar... there as good as dead right now.

 

I do not know if I can still go onto Mass Effect, and play as Vode An Shepherd once again. (I know it's a dumb name, I was in a weird stage of mind back then.) I just want help...

Take that up with EA support.

 

Origin, Help, then select "account" and request either a phone callback if it's available for your region, or the support chat if the former isn't available.

 

Keep identification data at hands you can use to prove it's your account (previous password/email adress for login, answer to your security question, name and date of birth, credit card informations if you bought anything from Origin from that account, etc.).

 

Also, if you get your account back (which should be the case if you can provide the above identification help), immediately check your order history and account balance if you had credit card details saved on the account. If you notice an unauthorized transfer, clear it up with EA first and they should refund you (don't go directly to your bank for a charge-back, that can get your account in trouble if it's not greenlit by EA (which shouldn't be necessary)).
