Hello all,

I am pretty new to Dragon Age and been playing Inquisition for 2 weeks now on the Ps4.

I LOVE this game, but i do have a question regarding my Reaver Warrior.

When I use Ring of pain, I seem to lose " focus " ( not 100% sure if am using the right name for it, that orange bar around your skillbar? ).

Anyway, it says " using ring of pains drains 10 health every sec, but even when am not fighting and standing inside of it, I don't lose any health?

Also, since it says "you drain your own health" , why is it taking all my focus instead??

Cause when I put down ring of pain, I see the focus bar being drained, my hp stays 100% the same.

And I noticed it when I was fighting some mobs, every time I did put down ring of pain, with 100% health, ring off pain dissapeard, and then I noticed that my focus was so low ring of pain just couldt stay up...

Thank you all upfront for your feedback.

Greetz

? im confused. i think ring of pain supposed to reduce the health cost od your dragon rage ability and deal spirit damage to enemies within the ring. im not aware of its effect on focus at all.

im guessing that orange bar you are refering to is the stamina bar. and ring of pain supposed to drain a X% of your stamina every second you have it active. that probably explains everything :)

focus bar is the white one around the stamina bar with diamonds on it. it lets you use rampage/mark of rift skills

you might want to check the skill description again. im pretty sure the health bit is talking about reduced health cost of dragon rage. (in fact that is the sole purpose of this skill)

It's not supposed to drain your health at all right from the first place. It drains your stamina (yellow bar).

As I said, there is another skill called dragon's rage in the reaver skill tree which costs health to cast. And ring of pain reduces this health cost and that's what usually people use this skill for (as well as the bonus damage for the dragon rage)

Ooooooh ok!! Wauw, what a noob I am ... and so the less stamina I have, the less skills I can use that cost stamina? So I can compare my stamina bar with a mana bar..?

yes. they are effectively the same thing. just that stamina is for warrior/rogues, mana is for mages.
