I put in my Cerberus card and I got access to it and downloaded both Zaeed and the crash site on my 360 but 'Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network)' is not listed under my Xbox 360 redeemed stuff but under my PC. I bought both and entered both in. The crash site is listed for both mind you but Zaeed is only showing for PC.
Zaeed not showing up on redeemed promotions, normal?

He wasn't on my map either until I saw the mail from the illusive man in my private terminal.

You have to restart your Mass Effect game in order for the downloads to work. Also he came in kinda late so there could be glitches. You should get an e-mail from illusive man once he's active.
