I wish inquisitor could have some attire based on character origin.

For example, if your inquisitor were Trevelyan, s/he could have some Free marcher noble attire or circle robe.

I mean, you can see all other people-Ferelden and Orlais nobles, Dalish, Dwarves-who dress well enough for us to tell where they come from. I just hope we can have something like that.

Yeah, or you didn't want to stand out. Especially if you weren't a Trevelyan.

But it definitely would of been awesome to have more clothing to wear for your Origin!

I guess you are right. It's just....*sighs* They looked so gorgeous and all I could do was just watch them. ;(

It would have been so cool..I wish BW would allow us to try some of those outfits. I mean, it's already there, right?

We can only hope in the next game we'll get decent looking starter armor.

The mercenary armor looked great. In a 'hobo meets blood mage meets Salvation Army garage sale' style. You are not supposed to look like the Vogue cover. :D

It would be great, seriously, but let's look at it different way...

You survived explosion, walked physically in the Fade, some Rift split you up, you were unconscious for three days... I doubt your original clothes would be in good state after that. And I don't think they have another set of Free Marches/Circle/Dalish/Carta/Qunari Mercenaries clothes just laying around in Haven, waiting for you to wear them.

Yeah, I know..but how about as Viv's make-over offer? Or as an war table mission? I totally can picture Josie suggesting something like this.

Ah, yeah. Option like that later in the game would be really appreciated.

That would have been nice, but it made sense that every Inquisitor starts with the mercenary armor.

Still would have appreciated the diversity and expansion of cultures in DA.

Who said you have to start in them? They could be acquired later.

You can even joke about going to the winter palace being a good excuse to shop.

It was an idea they wanted to do with for the Inquisition

I think what bugs me more is that the memories reflect whatever armor your Inquisitor is currently equipped with, which totally screws with the continuity.

The lack of this was incredibly disappointing for me. The background war table mission should have eventually awarded a background specific armour/armour schematic.

Eh, this is pretty easy for me to headcannon away. The Inquisitor isn't watching the memories as if they were recorded and uploaded to youtube. They are having them dumped into their brain.

The human brain cheats all the time, essentially fabricating details from other details. When the memory gets popped back into their brain, that is what happens. The broad stuff is accurate, but details like what they were wearing is edited. When the Inquisitor thinks of their armour, they don't picture that ratty old set they sold off last year. They think of the awesome new set they have been wearing for months now.

I wish they did this as dlc. Spoils of the Qunary and Avvar were good too I guess, but....*sad faces*
