I apologize in advance if this has been answered before. Assuming you disband the Inquisition at the end of Trespasser, what happens to everyone you imprisoned or conscripted?
I had Erimond in prison, and pretty much everyone else conscripted to the Inquisition, including Florianne, Alexius and Samson. What happens to these people once the Inquisition is no more?
They go free since the authority that judged them is no more.

I should think the prisoners get transferred to a different prison, or executed. Conscripted people probably just end up free.
Criminals are most likely transferred to Orlais and Ferelden, conscripted are obviously set free (all those trust issues wouldn't let them keep anyway).

To make sure there are no err.. loose ends, so to speak. Just kill them. Especially if they deserve it. Some of the prisoners presented didn't.. for instance, when judging that grey warden I sent her to die an honourable death in the deep roads. And I sent the Avvar to Tevinter.. not even sure if the option of killing him was there.
As for Alexius, the Crestwood mayor, Blackwall in some playthroughs.. I had them executed.
Send them packing to Ferelden. All of them. They're Ferelden's problem now, since they wanted the Inquisition disbanded.
They couldn't deal with common bandits infesting the roads and harassing peasants. Let's see what they do with dangerous and deviant criminals.

I'm not sure about Samson, but perhaps that would be the Divine, since he's technically a templar deserter.

I found this in my prison in Skyhold. I'm assuming she is still there rotting in her box. Or maybe some caring person buried her in the garden. I'm sure the herb garden flourished!
