well after this misión of mother Giselle i unlock a misión in val royeaux but for my power of inquisition 30 i unlock the others misión of warden in coast and finding soldiers,the others is of oasis power.
well i need complete val royeaux now or is posible complete the others missions?

No mission locks you out of any other, except in one case where the text tells you so. Go to Val Royeaux as soon as you can, It unlocks recruitment of several companions.
You don't have to complete Val Royeaux now. You could clear the Hinterlands, Storm Coast, Fallow Mire and Forbidden Oasis before you have to do Val Royeaux to open up new areas and move the storyline along. I wouldn't recommend that approach though! Like Raven said, I'd go to Val Royeaux (that's a pain to type) as it doesn't take long and you can pick up several companions. Then, you can work on other side quests or do the mage/templar main quest.
