I can't log in on my account in DA:O. I fill in email and password and click "Log in". The game contacts the server and I get a "Terms of Service", which I agree to. Then I get a message saying the password I supplied was invalid, but (as you've probably noticed) I can still log in on my browser.

After chaning my password (using this site) I can now log in to my account in game. Yay me!

Glad it works for you, ive never even be able to contact the servers, keeps saying try again

I'm getting this same issue at the moment - am going to try changing my password and see if that helps.

I am experiencing the exact same problem as first reported by TheMufflon. I get to the "Terms of Service", which I agree to, then I get a message: "The following supplied information was invalid: Password. Please try again." I also just reset my password. If I use any other email/password combo, I immediately get an error (no 'Terms of Service' prompt): "Unable to log in to Dragon Age servers. The username or password is incorrect. Please try again" Pretty frustrating.

Make sure your password doesn't have any special characters in it. The game doesn't like it, even though the password might work here.

Thank you, Kepha! That was it - I changed my password to one without a "special" character (#), and am now logged in.

AWSOME had the same problem as Draco and got rid of the special character (#) in my password.

Sorry to be bitter, but what kind of idiot sysadmin forces you to use a master password across multiple games and web sites and then restricts the characters you can use, forcing everyone to use weaker passwords?

I wasted several hours of my life trying to solve this problem, and when the answer above became apparent, I WAS RAGING!!! Given how frequently password strength is increased by using "special characters", I consider being unable to use them douchebaggery of the highest order.

4)  odds are you aren't allowing DA to see the internet, either due to computer settings or router/firewall setting.
5)  Start with one and work though the numbers.
6)  If still having issues post back per the instructions you will read in one.
